In case of a loss, you must notify our office or your agent as soon as possible.

CLAIM DO'S AND DON'TS
Please follow these guidelines when a loss occurs:

Do:

• Make temporary repairs to avoid further loss.
• Protect your property at and after a loss.
• Retain all damaged items for the adjuster to view.
• Notify law enforcement promptly if the loss is a crime.
• Contact a veterinarian on all animal deaths.
• Take photographs to record the incident.

Don't:

• Don't destroy evidence.
• Don't complete repairs until our adjuster has viewed the damage.
• Don't make volunteer payments, offer rewards or assume obligations or other costs.
• Don't give pertinent information to anyone other than a representative of Theresa Mutual or your own attorney.

Remember, your loss prevention helps keep your premium cost down!
